What you will be doing as a Financial Controller
Due to expansion at Interface, we are looking for an experienced Financial Controller for the Reporting & Control team. In this role you are responsible for processing, analyzing and optimizing complex financial data for Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia division (EAAA) (group consolidation and reporting). You will deliver and improve periodic management information to support several management levels in their decision making process. Together with your stakeholders, you will compose and control the annual budgets. During the year, you will support several functional leaders with their annual budgeting and monthly forecasting: they rely on your knowledge and expertise. In addition:
- You will participate in conducting audits on both national and international level and ensure compliance with agreements and procedures (i.e. SOX);
- You will assist in tax items, for example transfer price documentation;
- You continuously maintain contact with the Shared Service Center departments and the Business Controllers to ensure a consistent, accurate and timely reporting.
Who are you?
Our ideal candidate is in possession of a relevant Master’s degree (e.g. finance, economics, accounting) and has gained strong Controlling experience or has a strong background in a larger audit form (ideally Big4) and proven experience working in a complex organization, including consolidation and management reporting.
Your communication skills are on point and you have a strong personality. You enjoy working in a team and in an international environment. Furthermore you are decisive and not scared of taking the lead. As Interface reports in English, proficiency (verbal and written) is essential.

You can expect a yearly salary ranging from € 75.000 - € 85.000 based on a 38 hour workweek, 25 holidays and 13 ‘ADV’ days (when working a 40 hour workweek) and a lot of opportunities to grow within your role.
