What you will be doing as a Finance Analyst
For Interface we are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst for the Reporting & Control team. In this role you support the EMEA Finance Management in the development and delivery of their strategic business plans by providing adequate management reports and dashboards. You will act as a liaison between the business departments, Finance and IT (Business Information developer) to develop dashboards and reports that meet and exceeds the user needs. You will analyze and identify needs from the stakeholders and translate them into functional design of reports and data models. You will be representing EMEA in Global Business Information and Reporting projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will:
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis on request;
- Act as key-user Financial Reporting EMEA;
- Train users on best use of reporting systems and utilization of report data;
- Participate in ad hoc international projects as required.
Who are you?
Our ideal candidate is in possession of a relevant Master’s degree (e.g. finance, economics, (data) analytics) and has gained strong experience in data-modelling and working with BI developers. You have a strong understanding of finance and accounting and passion to combine this with your IT skills. You have first class analytical capabilities, preferably developed in a large international organization. You also meet the following requirements:
- Excellent MIS and IT skills, including Excel and Qlik. Experience with JD Edwards and DAS is an advantage;
- Pro-active work attitude, actively seeking to improve and enhance the role;
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels and in different functional and commercial areas within the organization.

You can expect a yearly salary ranging from € 60.000 - € 70.000 based on a 38 hour workweek, 25 holidays and 13 ‘ADV’ days (when working a 40 hour workweek) and a lot of opportunities to grow within your role.
